You have added content to the wingu portal but are unable to see it? There are several possible explanations:
1. The trigger is not activated. Activate the trigger.
2. The content is not yet linked to a trigger. Go to the Content screen and open the content you want to link. Click on the “Link trigger” function. This will open a list of all your triggers. Select the trigger you want to connect your content to and save your choice.
3. You have set a specific time window for the trigger to be active and you are currently outside that time window.
4. Your trigger is a beacon? Beacon batteries usually last two years, depending on the range and environmental conditions. Consider changing the battery of your beacon.
